Runners Everywhere

When my gym fired Renata from the child-care center they allowed her to stay on as a trainer of some sort, only she comes to your home.  According to Krystyn there was apparently some real crazy at the gym who also wanted her fired , and she was scared to run into her.  LOL.  I wonder who it was?  Maybe Fat Alice’s mom?

Anywho, I guess Karen is now employing her to teach her to run or something.  It is sad to watch.  Poor Hummus was so upset to see Renata that he was literally banging on the windows and yelling.  Poor scared lil’ guy!

Maybe Renata will be cruel to Karen too.

I called Karen to ask her to get a different running coach because, obviously it doesn’t matter to her, but poor Hummus was so upset.  She said something extremely rude and hung up on me!

Later I told Starling it might be good for her diet to get a lil’ exercise so she went to run around Karen’s yard while Karen was out shopping.  By mistake she trampled all of her flower beds.  What a shame.  Karen has always taken such pride in her gardens.

Sweet Starling had no idea that you shouldn't crush young plants by running on them. Oops.

Karen called me later and I was tempted to say something rude back to her, but I am a lady, so I told her that I had no idea what she was talking about and hung up.

I think I will take Starling out for a tiny cup of frozen yogurt later, since she deserves a lil’ treat.

That Karen has some nerve calling you about her plants when she’s blatantly waving Renata in the face of poor Hummus’ PTSD. That woman is out of control.

I am soooo glad you took the time to photograph Starling before getting her out of Karen’s garden! Because some of those plants Karen was growing, the ones that look like lettuce (all a woman needs for dinner, right?), could actually be rhubarb, which is very poisonous to dogs! Karen might be planning to kill Beefeater! The most poisonous part of the plant is the leaves. Usually the grocery store only sells the stems, but if you ask nicely maybe the produce boy will give you a leaf he’s cut off. So Starling can see how she saved Beefeater. First you are that animal’s hero (twice) and now Starling is! (Too bad those pesky boys of yours aren’t being heroic. Ugh, boys, all they do is eat and pee not quite all INSIDE the toilet.)

Also, please tell me you only let Starling smell the cup of yogurt! Eating it would ruin all her progress! Even those big pockets on her skirt make it look like she’s got saddlebags. If I were you I’d get her shopping for Spanx and miniskirts, pronto.

When I offered to take Starling to a yogurt shop for a dab of fat free yogurt, she demurely said, “No thanks. ” and we both skipped dinner to celebrate.

Poor little guy. I dunno, maybe he should spend some time with Renata to help him get over his fearfulness.
looking at her pic, Starling seems slim enough.
Hey, you could be an online child weight loss consultant! You could “work” from home!

You would not think he should see Renata if you had seen him yesterday. He was crying and shaking and banging the window and calling for me. “Mum Mum! Mum Mum!” It was so sad.

Maybe Starling could go help Karen out in her garden as a way to make it up to her. You’re such a giving person I could just imagine you helping out by having Starling spray for bugs. Just make sure Starling doesn’t accidentally grab the Round-Up like my neighbor did when she killed off huge patches of plants. I guess that’s a really easy mistake to make.

Great idea. I am going to send her over to surprise Karen by pulling all of the weeds next time Karen is out for the day. It isn’t her fault if my lil’ helper doesn’t know which plants are weeds!
